📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance in SAP MM solutions, focusing on purchasing, inventory/warehouse management, and related integrations • Take ownership of ticket resolution and address issues efficiently • Collaborate with Finance, Production Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve SAP incidents and problems • Provide guidance and support for SAP Ariba solutions, troubleshooting incidents, interface issues, and transactional errors • Provide functional expertise and support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including inbound processing, outbound processing, inventory management, warehouse monitoring, and RF/mobile warehouse operations • Perform system analysis, design, and enhancements across procurement, goods movements, and inventory processes • Conduct system audits and data integrity checks using SAP best practices • Lead SAP system upgrades and enhancements, considering dependencies with FI/CO, PP, and SD • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures • Guide evaluation, selection, and configuration of procure-to-pay solutions • Support and maintain a clean-core initiative using SAP standard functionality and best practices • Implement preventive measures within SAP support processes to improve stability and optimize supply chain operations • Travel regionally or globally as required

🎯 Requirements

• IT /Business Degree or Equivalent • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a comparable SAP role (ECC 6 / S4 HANA) with hands-on application management • Experience in a discrete manufacturing and/or automotive environment is preferred • SAP & ITIL Certification is preferred • Understanding of technical environment of the business application(s) concerned • Excellent English (verbal and written) • Knowledge of basic project and change management procedures within IT • Proven track record of extensive and senior-level experience in SAP, with comprehensive understanding of Materials Management (MM), including purchasing, procurement, and inventory management • Knowledge and experience with three or more of: procurement, inventory/warehouse management, production planning, sales operations, logistics, finance, and controlling • Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba solutions, including Buying and Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), Sourcing, Catalog Management, and integrations with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA • Experience supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), warehouse operations, inventory management, and processes • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP MM issues • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams • Integration experience connecting SAP with other business systems, such as supplier portals, warehouse management solutions, or MES systems, and experience working with integration tools
