📋 Description

• Generate page growth by converting brand and agency relationships via HP customers (print providers) into open house events, innovation workshops & marketing campaigns. • Represent PAC Global & HP tech in brand focused forums delivering inspiration and education to brand leaders. • Deliver Brands Innovation Services as required by customers including Brands Masterclasses, Brands Open Houses and Innovation Workshops. • Manage the brands agenda (strategy, growth opportunities, pain points) of key PAC & HP’s customers. • Help plan how to innovate approach to prospective clients focusing on lead generation, brand conversion, and business development activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 yrs experience in B2C Marketing (CPG/Healthcare/Food & Beverage/Toys/Beauty expertise is a plus) • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees, certifications, or specialized training in strategy, insights, or innovation are highly valued. • Fluent in English is a must, French and Spanish fluency are also a plus. • Expert understanding of consumer behavior with the ability to interpret behaviors through the lenses of culture, category dynamics, human motivation, and brand opportunity. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, present to senior clients, and influence decision-making with clarity and confidence.
