• Support pre- and post-sales engagements as a trusted technical advisor • Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical product presentations and demos • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, architecture, and constraints • Develop solution designs, security recommendations, and integration plans • Manage technical evaluations, including Proof of Concept (POC) planning and execution • Address RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical objections • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer feedback • Provide post-sales support including implementation support of customers • Serve as the primary technical point of contact post-sale for assigned customers • Guide customers through full solution utilization post-deployment handover • Conduct technical QBRs and support the Customer Support team with ongoing engagement • Track and report on customer adoption, technical issues, and support escalations • Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and deliver improvements • Advocate for customer needs internally while ensuring alignment with Hypori’s platform and roadmap
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management. • Experience supporting enterprise software, cybersecurity, or secure mobility solutions. • Must be clearable or have had federal level clearance previously (*will be important in 5Eyes deals and NATO). • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, networking, identity, and security architectures. • Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, or Zero Trust frameworks is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and documentation skills. • Demonstrated flexibility, organization, and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to apply engineering or technology principles to product sales and solution design. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound judgment and timely decision-making. • High integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. • U.S. citizenship required (role supports federal customers).
