• Answer incoming tenant calls from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. • Handle basic questions from tenants about rent, lease dates, and late fees. • Log maintenance requests—such as heating, plumbing, or electrical issues—into the system. • Coordinate service appointments with vendors and tenants via phone and WhatsApp. • Keep internal systems up to date with tenant interactions and issue status. • Send daily email summaries of completed and pending items. • Respond quickly and clearly to urgent issues as they come up.
