📋 Description

• Ensure all affiliate systems run smoothly (with admin support) • Revamp our current affiliate program to boost appeal and performance • Design and launch a brand-new affiliate program for our AI remarketing platform, AIR • Build and manage a thriving affiliate community around AIR • Develop a growth engine that attracts, activates, and retains affiliates—while encouraging referrals • Oversee merch giveaways, contests, and prize promotions • Handle KOL outreach, influencer promotions, and paid ads • Be a one-person army in the beginning—hands-on, all-in • Eventually have the opportunity to build out your own affiliate team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building and scaling successful affiliate programs • 5–10 years in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or internet marketing • Experience building and nurturing online communities • Strong skills in documenting systems and supporting cross-functional teams (product, front-end, data)
