📋 Description

• Lead deployment of learning solutions across CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms, Degreed, and collaboration tools • Develop and manage collection sites, sub-sites, and pages for organizing content • Create and manage evaluation links and provide deployment reporting • Advise on content standards, naming, tagging, and testing processes • Oversee content inventory, archiving, and retirement through annual maintenance schedules • Collaborate with ITS, Digital HR, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement platform enhancements • Consult on deployment best practices for global learning solutions • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and provide onboarding support • Manage large-scale, cross-functional learning deployment projects • Support Train-the-Facilitator, Virtual Classroom, and Instructor-Led Training sessions, including logistics and scheduling • Monitor and report deployment progress and identify process improvements • Support content developers and consumers through platform expertise • Partner with Digital HR and ITS on testing and troubleshooting • Provide technical producer support for virtual classroom sessions • Share workload, manage team capacity, chair internal meetings, and contribute to cross-functional projects • Implement continuous improvements to deployment processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in L&D deployment, particularly in global, complex environments • Proven experience deploying learning solutions across multiple platforms and modalities • Experience managing content management sites and facilitating virtual classroom solutions • Strong technical aptitude and deep understanding of content management platforms and virtual learning tools • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills • Excellent project and program management skills • Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders • Proficient written and verbal communication • Strong problem-solving mindset focused on operational excellence and business improvement • Flexibility to work irregular hours supporting global time zones • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic virtual working environment and collaborate across diverse teams
