• Lead and coordinate regulatory compliance efforts across assigned divisions • Monitor, interpret, and communicate new and evolving laws and regulations • Serve as a subject matter expert on product-related regulatory requirements • Partner with Supply Chain and Quality teams to maintain supplier compliance documentation • Support divisions in responding to customer requests related to environmental compliance • Collaborate with Corporate Responsibility team on regulatory compliance • Assist in developing compliance procedures and internal processes • Maintain compliance documentation and databases • Research applicable regulations and ensure compliance
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in regulatory & compliance • 5–7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, environmental compliance, or related regulatory roles • Demonstrated experience with U.S. regulatory requirements, including Proposition 65 and TSCA • Strong working knowledge of compliance requirements in the United States and Europe, Canada, and Asia • Experience supporting compliance for manufactured products • Ability to validate supplier-provided data • Experience working cross functionally with various teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent project management skills
