• Lead the expansion of our client’s operations into the LATAM market, primarily by engaging your network of institutional clients, wholesale clients, and family offices to raise capital. • Focus on AUM building for our client and their funds, including all aspects of LATAM business development, from client acquisition to relationship management. • Take ownership of establishing and running the LATAM regional office, including operational setup, team building (as needed), and strategic execution. • Collaborate closely with our client’s small, high-performing team to align regional efforts with global objectives, embodying their values of integrity, trust, and competence. • Identify and pursue opportunities to partner exceptional fund managers with long-term capital, contributing to our client’s mission of delivering differentiated returns.
• Proven track record of capital raising for mutual funds and hedge funds • Strong, established connections within LATAM, including financial advisors, IFA networks, family offices, and other professional or institutional contacts • Readiness to assume full responsibility for building and managing the LATAM regional office and business, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset • While financial certifications and qualifications are not necessary, strong professional references are required to validate experience and network • Fluency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) is highly desirable to effectively navigate the diverse LATAM markets.
