📋 Description

• Drive commercial sales and revenue generation nationally • Drive national account sales through signed Master Services Agreements for assigned segments and/or territories • Build and secure new commercial accounts, referrals, and relationships with key decision makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations • Develop business relationships and commercial opportunities across multi-unit housing, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, retail, commercial brokers/carriers, and government • Attend conferences and events representing Paul Davis Restoration • Negotiate and complete RFIs, RFPs, sourcing events, and Master Services Agreements • Develop and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations • Make regular sales calls, develop relationships, follow up on leads, close opportunities, and finalize agreements • Meet established sales quotas, revenue, and growth goals • Manage accounts, including dispute resolution, problem avoidance, and service-level agreement compliance • Serve as key point of contact and account-management support for assigned accounts • Work with the Commercial Operations Development team to facilitate service opportunities • Assist with marketing initiatives and communicate regularly with the VP/EVP of Business Development • Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required • Work remotely using email, video conferencing, and telephone with minimal supervision • Travel to vendor sites, business visits, trade shows, team meetings, and training as required

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent industry experience • Industry experience in supplying to or working with multi-family, property management, commercial real estate, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, and/or government • Three-plus years of experience at a senior level • Experience in the insurance, property management, and/or restoration fields • Existing contacts within one or more core target areas • Specialized knowledge or certifications within the property and casualty industry and/or mitigation, restoration, or construction • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Adobe • Knowledge of cost analysis techniques • Customer service and presentation skills; comfortable presenting live to all audiences • Excellent oral, verbal, and written sales and communication skills • Priority management and high organizational skills • Ability to operate CRM, ADP, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Ability to create, write, proofread, and review documents • Ability to communicate with customers, staff, and executives by phone, in person, and in writing • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality • Ability to plan and coordinate meetings • Ability to follow Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics • Ability to stay stationary up to 100% of the time and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs • Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle • Access to a stable internet connection and use of provided VPN technology • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Preferred: restoration and/or insurance carrier/industry experience • Preferred: MBA or sales training
