📋 Description

• Promote IKO Commercial Roofing and Building Envelope products to the contracting community • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries on technical issues relating to commercial roofing and building envelope • Liaise with the commercial contracting community and perform quality assurance inspections of ongoing and completed sites • Prepare and conduct theory and hands-on commercial product training for existing and potential Registered Contractors • Liaise with the contracting community and distribution network on product promotion and theory education • Produce written inspection and quality assurance reports for internal and external customers • Attend and participate in related association events to promote IKO Commercial products • Travel within the Greater Toronto Area and potentially up to 80%

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with the application of commercial roofing products is a must • Experience with the application of building envelope products is an asset • Roofing, Construction Technology or Construction degree is an asset • Experience with quality assurance inspections is an asset • Product sales or promotion experience is an asset • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Solid understanding and proficient use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to climb a ladder • Valid driver’s license • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while working independently • Must be authorized to work in Canada • Up to 80% travel may be required
