📋 Description

• Independently identify prospects, generate pipeline, and close new business • Drive strategic discussions and optimize business outcomes by understanding evolving technology and regulatory environments • Identify and engage key decision-makers in HIM, revenue cycle, clinical documentation, IT, finance, and operations • Establish IKS Health as a strategic business partner • Identify target healthcare markets, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory organizations, and other healthcare providers • Navigate engagements involving revenue-cycle transformation, clinical consulting, and technology deployments • Understand customer challenges and craft collaborative strategies to address them • Manage the full sales cycle • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels • Conduct discovery, present solutions, and negotiate contracts • Offer industry insights to business and product leaders • Work as an individual contributor while collaborating with the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or better • 7 years of healthcare sales experience • 7 years of business-to-business healthcare sales experience • 7 years of experience selling medical scribing, transcription, clinical documentation, revenue-cycle, AI solutions, or other outsourced healthcare services • Existing hospital and health system relationships, including C-suite relationships • Familiarity with Salesforce and account-based marketing technology • Experience developing and managing large projects • Ability to give compelling virtual and onsite presentations • Creative and strategic lead-generation abilities • Ability to build relationships and trust with C-suite, executives, directors, physicians, and clinicians • Experience in solution-driven, technology-enabled consulting or high-growth provider organizations • Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting commitments • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
