📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services using Go • Architect distributed systems and microservices • Optimize performance across APIs, data pipelines, and service‑to‑service communication • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and cloud‑native deployment • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, DevOps, and frontend teams • Lead technical decisions around system design, data modeling, and infrastructure • Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers • Troubleshoot complex production issues • Contribute to technical roadmaps and long‑term engineering strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years of backend engineering experience • 3+ years of hands‑on Go development • Strong understanding of concurrency patterns, goroutines • Experience building microservices and distributed systems at scale • Proficiency with REST, gRPC, GraphQL, or event‑driven architectures • Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing • Excellent communication skills
