IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Support administration of defined benefit plans, including pension calculations, pension administration, benefit payments, and retiree welfare benefits • Support defined contribution plans, including payroll contributions, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with the TPA • Assist caregivers, participants, and retirees with inquiries and retirement-related transactions • Provide support and strategic direction to HR Business Partners, leadership, caregivers, and retirees • Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve caregiver and retiree requests • Respond to Solution Center retirement inquiries across the Intermountain Healthcare system • Comply with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations and guidelines • Process retirement transactions accurately and efficiently while safeguarding retirement plan assets • Consult and educate retirees and others; research and follow up on information requests • Document actions and resolutions in the case management system • Provide navigation support and coaching for the self-service portal • Run pension calculations, determine vesting and benefit service requirements, and research discrepancies • Follow up on missing documentation and investigate participant data errors and issues • Explain retiree medical, dental, and life insurance coverages, premiums, changes, and updates • Support administration of 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and 457(f) plans, matching contributions, the 2% noncontributory plan, and eligibility • Query pension and trust systems and calculate/input payroll adjustments for contribution maximums

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated functional work experience in human resources or knowledge of the retirement industry, roles, and terminology • Basic understanding of human resource and retirement-related laws and regulations • Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • High degree of accuracy and close attention to detail • Ability to work under strict time restrictions • Ability to recognize and solve problems • Preferred: prior retirement plans experience, preferably with Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit Plans, or trust operations • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited institution • Preferred: advanced proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow • Preferred: knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit processing systems or plan sponsor sites • Preferred: Human Resources experience in a healthcare setting • Physical ability to verbally communicate, hear and understand spoken information • Ability to operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper • Ability to see and read computer monitors and documents • Ability to remain sitting or standing for long periods to perform computer- and telephone-based work
