📋 Description

• Lead projects from inception to delivery • Manage medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity • Develop new business within the project and assist with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. • Direct multiple implementations and cross-functional teams • Travel as necessary to client sites to perform required tasks • Interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Program Management roles, majority on cloud (OCI) projects • Healthcare implementation leadership experience is required • 6+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects with medium to high complexity • Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and foster accountability of cross-functional client, vendor, and project teams • Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices • Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in at least one Oracle Fusion module
