📋 Description
• Manage Revenue Cycle improvement engagements • Direct team activities for Revenue Cycle system and end-user support • Provide Epic production environment support and issue resolution • Conduct end-user training and education
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • PMP Certification preferred • A minimum of 7 years healthcare revenue cycle experience • Experienced consultant in an Epic environment • Expert level knowledge of front-end revenue cycle processes • Strong understanding of revenue cycle from operational and technical perspectives • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams • Experience developing timelines and project plans • Knowledge in Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central
