📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging Workday Financials and FDM to meet organizational goals. • Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements and understand business processes. • Design and configure the FDM and other modules to support accurate financial reporting and analysis. • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and business objectives. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across integrated systems. • Stay current with Workday updates and releases, assessing their impact and advising on necessary adjustments. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced system functionality. • Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. • Oversee Workday Financials and FDM implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, and status reports to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and support • Workday certification in Workday FDM and/or other Financials modules preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Procurement and Banking and Settlement. • Expertise in FDM configuration and management. • Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
