📋 Description

• Manage renewals for an established commercial book of business • Provide ongoing client care, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support • Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams • Identify coverage gaps and support long-term risk management conversations • Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients • Partner with teams to deliver a world-class boutique client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience • Must have a current P&C insurance license in your state • May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F) • Ability to multi-task and ensure no detail gets overlooked • Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier workflows • Organized, proactive, and client-focused • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
