📋 Description

• Recruit globally across Engineering, Software, Sales, Product, Delivery, and G&A functions • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to design and execute structured interview processes • Conduct interviewer calibration, training, and hiring enablement • Drive proactive outbound sourcing for passive talent, focusing on niche industrial software, AI/ML, and process engineering profiles • Build and maintain a prioritization framework for recruiting support across open roles • Serve as a strategic advisor for roles not managed end-to-end • Own recruiting metrics and reporting, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire, using Greenhouse as the system of record • Build and evolve the employer brand across LinkedIn, the careers page, job boards, and social media • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support rapid hiring

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred; BSc in Engineering highly desired • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record in technical and/or GTM hiring at enterprise software, industrial software, B2B SaaS, or AI/ML businesses • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or scale-up where you built as much as you hired • Strong outbound sourcing skills • Hands-on experience in Greenhouse or a comparable ATS • Data-driven and process-oriented approach, using metrics to improve outcomes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience driving alignment and accountability across teams with senior leaders and founders • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Passion for building in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Recruiting experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial software space is a plus • Background in agency recruiting or RPO environments is a plus • Role is open to remote candidates in the US; preference for east or central time zone, but open to all US • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available
