📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web-based UIs and backend services • Incorporate existing solutions and technologies to accelerate testing cycles • Collaborate with developers and QA team members to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines • Perform load, stress, and performance testing, including analysis and metrics generation • Participate in sprint activities through manual and automated testing • Improve test coverage, reliability, and overall product quality • Conduct peer code reviews and follow automation coding standards • Investigate and troubleshoot test failures with development teams • Produce maintainable and reusable test code aligned with QA guidelines • Coordinate with QA and development teams on milestones, deadlines, and demos • Optimize and scale the automation suite and test infrastructure • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of hands-on testing experience • Proficient in developing UI automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent • Experience in Python, JavaScript, or Java • Solid understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API testing using Postman or REST Assured • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments with basic troubleshooting skills • Comfortable using IDEs and Git • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
