📋 Description

• Own Resilia’s organic social strategy, creative direction, content development, and daily evolution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms • Bridge organic brand storytelling and paid social to align brand messaging and performance creatives • Set strategic direction while executing content creation, creative reviews, copy polishing, and trend hijacking • Identify cultural opportunities and direct creator partnerships • Build authentic community relationships that elevate brand perception • Establish workflows, content operations, and foundational headcount to scale branded social • Support paid social efforts as the core brand social strategist • Participate in an initial screening call and a 45-minute strategic deep-dive interview

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of top-tier DTC/consumer brands on social • Proven ability to operate as both a high-level strategist and agile content creator • Experience collaborating with paid media, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams • Strong track record sourcing, briefing, and directing content creators and influencers • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Vision to lead and mentor future social media talent • Portfolio and CV/resume required • Direct links to personally built or managed branded social channels, campaigns, or social video assets • Must be available for core daily overlap with US EST business hours • No third-party or agency submissions accepted
