📋 Description

• Write tests first to ensure code quality • Produce clean, self-explanatory code with predictable results • Make frequent, small releases • Practice pair programming • Conduct peer code reviews • Collaborate in a product team to build and rapidly roll out new features and fixes • Own the full stack from front end to back end, including infrastructure and DevOps pipelines • Commit to continuous learning and improvement • Operate with end-to-end ownership and minimal oversight • Talk to customers, understand problems deeply, and help define product direction when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack software development experience • 2+ years of expertise in Node, React.js, and TypeScript (must have) • Comfortable working in the Pacific Standard Time zone • Strong developer mindset and hands-on experience building and maintaining production systems • Experience working with GitHub Actions • Experience working with LLM/agent SDKs and AI-assisted development workflows • Expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies • Experience with Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment • Working knowledge of server configuration and deployment infrastructure • Experience using source control and bug tracking systems • Experience writing user stories and technical documentation • Good to have: Chrome extension development experience
