📋 Description
• Own end-to-end design execution across key product areas • Contribute to team excellence by participating in critiques, sharing knowledge, and proactively improving design processes • Apply human-centered design methods to solve complex user problems • Work independently or collaboratively with other designers in a demanding Agile environment • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers • Craft thoughtful interaction patterns, visual designs, and scalable components aligned with design systems
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with product development or experience design background • Foundation in design research, UX, interaction and visual design • Experience in designing web and mobile applications • Experience of working on iOS and/or Android native apps is a plus • Experience of launching or relaunching a product to market and optimizing performance over time • Experience in directly planning and facilitating formative and evaluative research (e.g. one-to-one interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc) • Experience working with and building out design systems for responsive web and/or app • Experience working with AI tools to improve workflows, research and prototyping
