• Administer and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in both on-prem and cloud environments. • Manage system configurations, integrations, and performance monitoring. • Support users with technical issues and ensure high system availability. • Automate tasks and processes using scripting languages. • Lead or support migration projects from on-prem to SaaS (preferably AWS). • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements.
• 1–2 years of experience with various Linux distributions. • Strong expertise in installing, configuring, and managing Atlassian software. • Good understanding of API management and integrations. • Proficiency in scripting languages for Atlassian (Groovy or JavaScript). • Excellent system scripting skills (Python, Bash preferred). • Experience with cloud migration projects (on-prem to SaaS), ideally AWS. • Nice to Have: Analytical mindset and experience in stakeholder management. • Ability to analyze monitoring and performance data to identify issues and optimization opportunities. • ITIL4 Foundation certification (or equivalent).
