📋 Description

• Partner with Product Designers to translate wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups into scalable front-end architecture • Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits • Champion design consistency, WCAG compliance, and responsive web practices across platforms • Build modular, reusable, and maintainable UI components, design systems, and component libraries • Implement clean, responsive, cross-browser-compatible interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services with back-end engineering teams • Advocate for user-centered design principles within cross-functional agile sprint teams • Participate in design and code reviews • Mentor junior designers and engineers • Streamline the design-to-code handover process

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer, Front-End Developer with a strong design focus, or similar hybrid role • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript • Deep experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular; React preferred • Experience building and maintaining design systems using Storybook, CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components • Hands-on expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and micro-interactions • Understanding of Web Accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, and responsive design • Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail • Portfolio demonstrating design artifacts and production code is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with animation libraries such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS Keyframes is a nice-to-have • Experience with Redux or Zustand and performance optimization techniques is a nice-to-have • Experience designing B2C/B2B portals in the Travel & Hospitality domain is a nice-to-have
