📋 Description

• Deliver quality service and solutions to customers by understanding their needs and managing RIS/PACS informatics software implementation and upgrade projects • Provide leadership and support to Implementation Services project teams, PMO management, and leadership teams • Monitor project plans and align resources to ensure successful project completion • Assist with overseeing best practices for managing interrelated projects and programs • Define and develop rollout plans and oversee execution according to best practices • Maintain transparent visibility of project status, issues, direction, and decisions • Establish trusted-adviser relationships with stakeholders • Understand technologies and discuss solutions at a high level • Provide solution options for project challenges with clear business justification • Communicate clearly and concisely at all levels • Coordinate efforts across large groups and resolve conflicts • Facilitate meetings with clear objectives and action items • Communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical groups • Keep stakeholders informed of critical issues and updates • Lead post-go-live lessons-learned exercises • Monitor third-party vendors and internal staff • Report to the VP of Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2–5 years of project management experience • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Life Science, or equivalent • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in IT and/or Healthcare (RIS/EMR, PACS) • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams) • Knowledge of HL7/DICOM integration methods (preferred) • Formal Project Management training (preferred) • Public speaking to both small and large audiences • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to perform under pressure or in high pressure situations • Ability to prioritize and multi-task as needed • Understanding of sense of urgency • Ability to produce executive-level reporting • Professional and team-oriented individual with problem-solving ability • Ability to remain calm and maintain composure during high-pressure or chaotic situations • Good judgment to escalate or deescalate when needed • Eagerness and willingness to expand knowledge and skills and grow professionally • Authentic, passionate, and motivated/driven • Integrity: honest, sincere, respectful, trustworthy, and ethical • Excellence: high performance standards, continuous improvement, organization, attention to detail and accuracy, and strong work ethic • Good interpersonal maturity and teamwork • Proactive and adaptable • Willingness to help others with a pleasant personality, courteous manner, and professional demeanor • Experience working remotely from a home office (recommended, but not a requirement) • Ability to commit to long-term employment • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as necessary, less than 15%
