📋 Description

• Design and build robust backend platform architecture and core API integrations • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support internal analytics and AI/ML applications • Manage and optimize Ascendancy’s data lake/warehouse • Design data workflows that integrate and experiment with ML models • Ensure high performance, security, and reliability across backend systems • Lead infrastructure decisions, especially related to data governance and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Python, Neo4J graph databases, and the FastAPI framework • Proficiency with frontend frameworks, particularly NextJS/Typescript & React • Experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Kafka, Spark, etc.) • Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (ideally GCP) • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases • Preferred: Interest in AI/ML workflows (building inference pipelines) • Preferred: Past experience with Gmail, WhatsApp, or SMS integrations • Extremely detail-oriented, adaptive, collaborative growth mindset, and proactive • Solid organizational, analytical, logical reasoning, oral, and written presentation skills.
