📋 Description

• Provide technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms, and, when necessary, guide and train users. • Create and keep technical procedures up to date. • Interact with other resolver teams to resolve, handle, and follow up on client requests. • Participate in all company events (meetings, operational trainings, training included in the Internal Training Program (PIF), and others). • Responsible for the technical training and knowledge transfer to Junior Analysts. • Responsible for the technical validation of activities performed by Junior Analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, IIS, NPS, O365, and PowerShell • University degree
