📋 Description

• Own the onboarding lifecycle — from post-sale handoff through successful Boost activation. • Manage 10-20 concurrent projects, keeping timelines, dependencies, and communication on track. • Gather, validate, and test client data feeds — including PMS credentials, API access, and OTA connections. • Configure Rezfusion Boost to align with each client’s business goals, data structure, and distribution strategy. • Lead training sessions for clients (and internal teams) on Boost functionality, integrations, and best practices. • Troubleshoot issues, collaborating with Product and Support teams as needed. • Identify product defects or improvement opportunities and report them to the Product team. • Contribute to internal and client-facing documentation, templates, and process improvements. • Become a subject matter expert in Rezfusion Boost. • Educate clients on complementary Bluetent services.

🎯 Requirements

• SaaS experience, ideally in implementation, customer success, or product support. • Project management proficiency. • Excellent communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through. • Analytical problem solver with a proactive, customer-first mindset. • Collaborative and self-driven, comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional team. • Curiosity for technology — interested in QA, testing, and continuous process improvement. • Working in the vacation rental or hospitality tech space is a plus. • Familiarity with APIs, XML data, or system integrations. • Knowledge of digital marketing or OTA distribution. • Working familiarity with O365, Basecamp, Confluence/Jira, Salesforce/Mission Control.
