📋 Description

• Lead the daily management of identified projects on assigned accounts • Build successful relationships with assigned clients and external agency partners • Collaborate with Creative Services, Strategic Services, and Project Management to coordinate agency efforts for assigned clients/accounts • Understand and participate in assigned accounts’ brand planning process • Identify new revenue opportunities within assigned accounts • Advocate for clients by articulating strategic needs to the internal team and ensuring brand/project objectives are met • Review creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art, and coordinate client approval • Write and review client documents, including statements of work, project briefs, meeting/conference agendas and reports, and change logs • Partner with project management to oversee project timing and budget • Exceed client expectations through management of assigned accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications • Ability to assess day-to-day situations and make decisions based on multiple factors, including quality of work, internal team, client timelines, and budget • Passion for technology and emerging media • Specific interactive strategy experience in relationship marketing and social media is the dream • Team player who advocates for their team and understands client needs • Knowledge of agency life and the pharma/healthcare marketplace • Solution-oriented approach • Extremely detail- and process-oriented • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or pharmaceutical-related field • 4+ years of relevant industry experience in agency, digital marketing, and/or pharma
