📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction of omnichannel initiatives, aligning them with client objectives and industry best practices. • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing plans for a portfolio of clients and brands. • Guide research into customer channel preferences, digital behaviors, and engagement patterns, translating insights into strategies and executions. • Foster client partnerships and serve as a senior strategic advisor. • Oversee journey mapping, persona development, and channel optimization projects. • Mentor and inspire the strategy team. • Collaborate with Project Management, Account, Brand Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Technology, and Media teams. • Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, evaluate performance, and optimize campaigns. • Lead business development efforts, proposals, high-stakes pitches, and client growth opportunities. • Champion thought leadership through industry events, POVs, white papers, and training. • Stay current on omnichannel, customer experience, channel, technology, and customer engagement innovations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, or related agency roles, with senior-level leadership. • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences sectors. • Expertise in channel strategy, digital marketing tactics, and customer engagement in healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries. • Experience with multichannel marketing, digital platforms, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics. • Experience balancing strategic oversight with hands-on development and execution of channel and digital marketing plans. • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams. • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. • Experience using analytics, Voice of Customer insights, and performance metrics for optimization. • Understanding of digital campaign measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Hands-on experience with client pitches, business development, and complex omnichannel proposals. • Expertise in personalization, AI, martech innovations, and current omnichannel marketing technologies. • Proactive identification of client success and agency growth opportunities. • Experience developing presentations, thought leadership content, and workshops.
