📋 Description

• Engage healthcare professionals and clinic, pharmacy, and hospital stakeholders through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related messages on behalf of the client • Achieve or exceed program KPIs and performance objectives • Build rapport and foster positive customer relationships through professional, high-quality interactions • Document and submit daily call activity and required customer information in the CRM system • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Maintain a collaborative and professional team environment through communication and partnership with colleagues • Participate in team meetings, department meetings, and training programs • Participate in client-sponsored training sessions and educational activities as required • Demonstrate and uphold Inizio Engage’s values in all interactions and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills • College or bachelor’s degree preferred • Energetic, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders • Ability to prioritize and plan assigned target-list coverage • Professionalism, autonomy, and a team-player orientation • Excellent customer service and patient-centric focus • Tech- and digitally savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office • Fluent bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, for interactions with healthcare professionals in Quebec
