📋 Description

• Support the deployment, integration, and adoption of Regology • Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert and Project Manager for Regology deployments • Act as the subject matter expert for Regology integrations with enterprise systems • Provide customer training and guidance on Regology use and adoption • Lead technical discussions involving APIs, enterprise integrations, AI, RAG, and MCP • Gather and translate customer technical requirements for product and engineering teams • Coordinate project activities within the established delivery framework • Support API buildouts, integration troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution • Partner with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot integration-related challenges • Provide technical support during customer and sales discussions • Manage approximately 75% Regology-related activities and 25% API, product, troubleshooting, and sales initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical project management, enterprise integrations, or similar roles • Strong technical knowledge of APIs and integration technologies with enterprise systems • Moderate understanding of AI technologies and integrations, including RAG and MCP • Ability to explain technical and AI concepts to customers, troubleshoot issues, and translate requirements for product and engineering teams • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology environment • Experience coordinating technical implementations, integrations, or software deployments • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to learn and adapt quickly across multiple technologies, platforms, and tools • Authorization to travel to the United States • Must be currently residing in Canada and legally permitted to work in Canada • Subject to criminal, educational, and employment history background checks • Prior programming experience with Python, Ruby, or similar technologies is considered an asset
