📋 Description

• Participate in proposal launch meetings to understand proposal scope and plan steps to meet client delivery timelines • Maintain and improve the proposal template • Maintain the repository of RFI questions and answers • Create proposal content reflecting project-specific strategy discussions and meeting Indero's and clients' needs • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of proposal text and attachments • Adapt proposals to changing departmental service offerings • Conduct therapeutic-area and indication research to support proposal development • Obtain input from internal subject matter experts • Contact external MDs and KOLs when needed • Coordinate subject matter experts' input and required actions within tight delivery timelines • Proofread and edit proposals for concise, readable, compelling, and technically accurate content • Ensure compliance and quality of proposal efforts • Support proposal and contract managers with ongoing training for drafting proposal text • Add financial estimates to proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in clinical research in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry • Excellent understanding of CRO operations and project management budget elements • Experience with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc. is an asset • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines • Ability to lead meetings and deal confidently with internal and external stakeholders • Must be a team player • Excellent English grammar, spelling, composition, writing, editing, and oral communication • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to write persuasive narrative material and draft error-free, timely proposals • Ability to provide clear explanations of technical requirements • Excellent knowledge of Word and PowerPoint applications • Must be legally able to work in Canada
