📋 Description

• Consult & Gather Requirements: Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients to deeply understand their business processes, pain points, and strategic goals. You will be responsible for translating these insights into detailed functional and technical requirements. • Architect & Implement Solutions: Design, configure, and implement robust, integrated solutions using key applications within the Zoho One suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books/Inventory. • Automate & Customize: Develop custom workflows, blueprints, and advanced automation rules. Leverage your Deluge scripting skills to build custom functions that extend Zoho's native capabilities and solve unique business problems. • Integrate Systems: Seamlessly connect Zoho applications with each other and with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware to ensure a unified and efficient data flow. • Empower & Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting complex issues, and creating training materials to empower their teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Zoho Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with a strong command of the Zoho One ecosystem. You must have demonstrable experience with the following core applications: Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Creator Zoho Projects Zoho Analytics Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory • Deluge Proficiency: Strong, demonstrable experience writing and deploying custom functions using Deluge script. • Requirement Gathering Prowess: A proven track record of leading clients discussions, eliciting business needs, and documenting clear, actionable requirements. • Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and design logical, scalable solutions. • Exceptional Communicator: The ability to explain complex technical clearly concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
