📋 Description

• Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and knowledge capture activities. • Provide expertise on business development, prospecting, relationship management, commercial lending, and sales execution. • Help clarify Commercial Banking terminology, business processes, customer interactions, and operational workflows. • Recommend authentic customer scenarios, coaching examples, and practical business situations for learning content. • Review draft learning materials and provide recommendations on accuracy and practical application. • Provide advisory input during pilot preparation, evaluation, and post-pilot refinement.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Commercial Banking experience within a Canadian financial institution. • Demonstrated success in business development, prospecting, relationship management, and commercial lending. • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading Commercial Banking professionals. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate banking concepts clearly to both business and learning audiences.
