📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet user and business requirements. • Introduce and deploy software solutions into production environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance. • Continuously optimize and update existing applications to enhance functionality, performance, and security. • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, and Product Manager to achieve common objectives and deliver high-impact solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation describing system design, implementation processes, and operational procedures. • Identify, report, and track issues using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution and process transparency. • Perform code refactoring and contribute to improving overall code quality and maintainability. • Participate in testing and debugging activities to ensure software reliability and robustness. • Share knowledge, provide mentorship, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software development. • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, or solid Java expertise with a proven interest and readiness to work primarily with Kotlin. • Proven hands-on experience developing microservices using modern technologies such as Apache Kafka, REST APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-based infrastructure (GCP or another). • Solid understanding of software development processes and tools, including Maven/Gradle, Git, JIRA, Confluence, Code Reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, deliver high-quality results, and actively contribute to continuous improvement in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on results and quality. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering teamwork and innovation. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Proficiency in English (B2–C1 level) and native fluency in Polish or French.
