• Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters to drive seamless delivery on onboarding/off-boarding, visa, work permit, labor contract, payroll, income tax, and system administration • Management of company social security accounts and bank accounts • Corporate finance and tax-related work • Work closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting • Maintain process documentation for the global mobility department • Ensure accuracy and updates of the professionals' personal information in compliance with privacy policies • Perform any other supporting tasks required
• Work Experience 1-3 years • Bachelor’s degree or above • 3-5 years HR related work experience with solid knowledge of payroll taxation • B2B service experience is preferred • Fluent in English • Chinese is a plus • Proficient in using office software (Word, PPT, Excel and outlook) • A strong communicator, an outgoing personality, and a motivation to learn
