📋 Description
• INS Global Consulting is a one-stop solution for companies seeking to expand their business in Asia-Pacific. We help our clients to overcome the operational complexities in emerging markets by simplifying human resource management and by offering an alternative business framework which minimizes risks. • Main Responsibilities Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters, to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, work permit, labor contract, payroll, income tax, system administration. • Management of company social security accounts and bank accounts. • Corporate finance and tax-related Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting • Maintain process documentation for the global mobility department. • Ensure accuracy and updates of the professionals' personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies. • Any other supporting tasks required. • Requirements: Bachelors degree or above. 3-5 years HR related work experience with solid knowledge of payroll taxation. B2B service experience is preferred. Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus. Proficient in using office software (Word, PPT, Excel and outlook) A strong communicator, an outgoing personality, and a motivation to learn.
