📋 Description

• Sell Insightec products in accordance with company policies for the assigned area • Set meetings and organize compliant clinical and executive presentations for neurosurgeons, hospital C-suite, department chairs, neurology, urology, and radiology audiences • Build economic and business model information, including reimbursement status, downstream/upstream revenues, marketing and education programs, and business financial data required for customer decisions • Work closely with the inside sales team to identify prospects and nurture funnel prospects in the territory • Coordinate with the VP Americas and GEHC and/or Siemens sales forces to identify, process, and close sales deals • Provide ongoing updated orders and sales forecast reports • Generate, record, and maintain customer profiles, including key critical and technical decision makers for assigned accounts • Attend key industry shows and coordinate meetings with key customers to gain program validation • Stay current with healthcare market dynamics in the USA and local markets and communicate knowledge authoritatively to executives, physicians, administrators, and supply chain stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent • 10+ years' experience selling disruptive medical device technology, including $1M+ capital equipment • Experience selling to neurosurgeons, neurologists, community hospitals, imaging centers, and academic hospitals • MBA preferred • Hunger to win and passion to solve customer problems and drive customer outcomes • Problem-solving ability and ability to execute without a perfect back-office organization • Ability to creatively build a funnel by targeting strategic accounts and mapping stakeholder incentives
