📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Corporate Communications team • Serve as the senior operational partner to the VP, Corporate Communications • Oversee PR, AR, internal, executive, and crisis communications programs • Oversee research report program, setting strategy and narrative direction • Own corporate messaging strategy in partnership with Brand • Oversee the Leadership Amplified program • Manage agency oversight and budget stewardship • Champion editorial standards and brand voice consistency • Oversee crisis communications planning and response • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, HR, Product, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of corporate communications experience • Demonstrated experience managing and developing communications teams • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business • Experience contributing to thought leadership content programs • Strong understanding of PR and AR strategy • Proven track record in complex, global, matrixed organizations • Experience partnering with executive leadership on communications strategy • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Strong project management skills • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
