📋 Description
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task trackers for acquisitions and transitions • Work closely and collaborate with all of the departments • Maintain a centralized project tracker for all active initiatives • Track readiness for launching new locations or services • Oversee rollout of new tools and systems • Provide regular, concise updates to leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in project management, operations, or similar roles • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion (not just planning) • Experience working in remote or distributed teams • Proficiency in tools like: Google Sheets / Excel and project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
