📋 Description

• Monitor all licensing activity for compliance and accuracy • Evaluate and escalate licensing and non compliance issues • Draft responses to external inquiries and data requests • Establish export licensing and compliance programs • Draft and manage export license applications for customer deliveries • Review technical data for proper export classification • Collaborate with trade compliance team members and engineering staff

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience with drafting and management of U.S. Export authorities (U.S. Department of State, Department of Commerce) • Knowledge of ITAR and EAR license lifecycle management against U.S. regulatory requirements and license conditions • Experience researching and evaluating technologies against U.S. Export Regulations (ITAR and EAR) to determine export classification jurisdiction • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality; ability to review, verify, and validate work • Deep knowledge of U.S. export and import rules and regulations
