📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities that support SEO growth (e.g., content collaborations, guest features, resource listings, thought leadership placements) • Research competitor partnership and backlink profiles to understand industry trends and uncover strategic opportunities • Prospect and vet websites, organizations, publishers, and influencers aligned with our audience and brand • Initiate and manage outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to develop partnerships and secure high-authority placements • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with webmasters, bloggers, journalists, nonprofits, and industry partners • Collaborate with partners on co-created content, resource inclusion, expert quotes, and other mutually beneficial initiatives • Monitor, audit, and report on partnership-driven SEO performance using relevant tools • Ensure all earned placements follow SEO best practices and align with Google guidelines • Track and communicate campaign performance, including outreach activity, partnerships secured, and overall SEO impact • Work closely with SEO, content, and marketing teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader growth strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in partnership development, link acquisition, outreach, or related roles (agency or in-house) • Creative thinker who can develop unique collaboration ideas, value propositions, and outreach angles that stand out • Strong understanding of SEO principles, especially off-page SEO, authority building, and digital partnerships • Proficiency with SEO, outreach, and research tools • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, personalized outreach messages • Highly organized with strong research and relationship-building skills • Able to work independently, juggle multiple partnership pipelines, and meet deadlines • Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by results with a continuous improvement mindset • Nice to have: experience in digital PR, local partnerships, or content collaborations
