📋 Description
• Lead by example in shipping things quickly, whether it's new features or bug fixes • Own product work from end to end • Help the team to level up through code reviews, 1:1s, and pair programming on hard problems
🎯 Requirements
• An experienced engineer who enjoys coaching/leading people but also wants to spend most of their time still coding/hands-on-keyboard • Someone comfortable working across the stack/codebase, whether it's frontend, backend, data/ETLs, or infra. • Someone who knows when something needs to be perfect vs. when something needs to just get done, and can adjust the way they build accordingly.
