📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the operating rhythm for the General Manager and Online Grocery organization • Manage the GM's operating cadence, prioritization, and delegation of workstreams • Improve organizational decision-making through decision rights, frameworks, and pre-reads • Capture, communicate, and track leadership decisions, priorities, and commitments • Shape and run leadership team offsites, including objectives, agendas, discussions, decisions, and follow-through • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the GM and problem-solving partner to product and R&D leaders • Prepare briefings and coordinate research for the GM's meetings • Partner with the GM, HR, and finance on headcount budgeting • Drive calendar, planning, and content for C-suite and board communication • Support the GM with speaking-engagement content • Identify and address organizational issues, relationship dynamics, and culture needs • Convert engagement-survey signals into action plans and ensure execution • Support annual and long-range Online Grocery planning • Turn ambiguous initiatives into structured programs with plans, owners, decisions, stakeholder alignment, and operating rhythms • Identify and own emerging opportunities and risks before they become blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience • R&D experience in product, design, engineering, technical program management, an adjacent embedded role, or Chief of Staff work within R&D • Consulting, corporate strategy/operations, or finance background • Experience working directly with executives • Working fluency across product, design, and engineering organizations at scale • High EQ and people-oriented approach to building trusted relationships and reading organizational dynamics • Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication • Strong analytical skills and commitment to high-quality work • Exceptional program management and ability to drive multiple complex initiatives to deadline • Ability to travel 10% • Preferred: experience designing and facilitating leadership offsites and driving organizational, culture, or operating-model change • Preferred: experience building with AI, including prototypes, automations, or agents • Preferred: experience in high-growth, technology-driven companies
