📋 Description

• Lead data science for the Meals initiative and own post-MVP scaling of data science systems and infrastructure • Design, build, and maintain metric-tracking frameworks for engagement, activation, and reactivation • Drive experimentation strategy from hypothesis definition through analysis and recommendations • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers on strategy and data-driven insights • Help define success for a high-impact 0→1 initiative at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in consumer-facing product data science, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Data Engineers • Strong foundation in product and data analysis, A/B experimentation, causal inference, and statistical modeling • Experience defining KPIs and optimizing funnels for product-market fit • Excellent communication skills with senior business and engineering stakeholders • 4+ years of work experience in data science or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
