• Own the end-to-end marketing measurement strategy across various channels • Design, launch, and analyze experiments and causal inference studies • Build and productionize predictive models using SQL and Python or R • Create executive-ready dashboards to track KPIs and performance drivers • Partner with Strategic Finance and Marketing leadership on planning processes • Manage multiple concurrent projects while elevating the team’s analytical standards
• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science • Advanced proficiency in SQL and either Python or R • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments • Proven track record implementing marketing measurement approaches • Experience building business-facing dashboards and tools • Familiar with modern data warehouses and version control • Ability to translate business questions into analytical roadmaps • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
