📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and coordination for chatbot automation initiatives across Shopper and Customer support programs • Align timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across concurrent workstreams • Drive program execution as a connector between technical teams, operations, and leadership • Keep work moving and risks visible as priorities and roadmaps evolve • Build and maintain program tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional communication rhythms • Partner with product, engineering, and CX operations teams to scope, sequence, and launch automation solutions • Translate business goals into clear plans with milestones and accountability • Identify gaps, surface blockers early, and propose solutions • Establish structure and move critical work forward in under-resourced programs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or operations program management • Experience ideally within a technology, e-commerce, or customer experience organization • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to build and maintain program plans, track dependencies, and communicate status clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working on or alongside automation, AI, or chatbot technology programs • Working understanding of how automation, AI, or chatbot solutions are scoped, built, and deployed in an operational context • Proficiency with project and program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar • Comfort using data to track progress and communicate impact • Ability to operate independently and create structure in ambiguous environments • Preferred: experience in customer support or CX technology environments • Preferred: familiarity with support operations metrics and tooling ecosystems such as Salesforce or Zendesk • Preferred: experience in high-growth or fast-paced technology companies • Preferred: experience with measurable financial impact programs, cost savings targets, efficiency initiatives, or automation ROI tracking • Preferred: comfort engaging with technical concepts and product development processes
