📋 Description

• Support the tender and contract team with post-award activity within commercial operations processes across EMEA • Manage post-award tasks related to tenders, contracts, and special projects across EMEA • Manage customer requests set out in tenders and coordinate with the Insights and Pricing team • Administer and own the Distributor Agreements process, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Quality, Go to Market, and Commercial Operations leaders • Oversee contract maintenance and communication with internal stakeholders and customers • Review the tender pipeline and conduct monthly reviews of expired contract modifiers and commercial agreements • Act as the first point of contact for tender pricing discrepancies and support timely resolution • Support and maintain customer data portals and other customer platforms used across EMEA • Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams to keep tender and contract documentation current and compliant • Support pre-award teams on strategic tenders • Monitor and coordinate tender portal notifications and communications

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English, verbal and written • French, German, Italian, or Dutch would be an asset • Experience working within commercial functions such as Sales Support, Tender Coordinator, or marketing • Project management and contract management experience • Experience working within a fast-paced, multifunctional environment • Experience with Oracle, Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce • Commercial awareness and customer care • Proven experience establishing successful key relationships and delivering excellent customer service • Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills • Organizational and time-management skills • Logical and analytical problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently and proactively • Teamwork and relationship-building skills • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and concurrent tasks or projects • Customer- and solution-focused approach • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Willingness to undertake 5–10% business travel
