📋 Description

• Manage the overall execution and administration of NASA SEWP contracts • Serve as the primary point of contact for the NASA SEWP Program Office, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders • Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and company policies • Coordinate contract deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task order management • Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, and budgets • Support proposal development, contract transitions, and business development efforts related to NASA SEWP opportunities • Collaborate with technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery • Track contract metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and customers • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance contract performance • Maintain strong relationships with government customers and industry partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Government contracts • Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts • Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or Program management degree • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities • Preferred: 2+ years of hands-on NASA SEWP contract management experience • Knowledge of NASA procurement policies and contract administration • Experience working with government customers, subcontractors, and prime contractors • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Prior experience as NASA SEWP PM or Deputy PM
